InTown Suites Extended Stay Houston TX - IAH Airport

Like a few others, I read the reviews. My family and I stayed here in 2005, it was adequate for our needs. Then, last August, we needed a place, so I revisited In Town. Reviews were negative, but the price was attractive. I can't express my satisfaction overall, staff, other guests, rooms, and service, it has been a comfort to stay here. We, sadly, are relocating and I'm gonna miss this place. I've never felt unsafe or threatened, everyone acknowledges each other. It's more community than hotel. Thank you to Hailey, Anthony, and Keisha, you made us feel like family. Oh, the rooms are clean, the staff is helpful and friendly, noise is minimal, and only two reports of parking lot vandalism. That was back in November. We've been here since August. Great job!

For such a cheap price, I was expecting the worst! However, to my pleasant surprise, the service was excellent, my room was very clean (no bugs, no stains, no unpleasant odors one would expect from a cheap motel) and no noise. The staff were very efficient, their customer service was outstanding. One morning, my toilet wouldn’t flush. I called Front Desk and requested maintenance. Anthony assured me he’d send her right over. 5 minutes later, I answered the knock and was shocked to see Anthony. He came over and fixed the toilet himself! He seriously deserves a pay raise! Thank you Anthony and all the staff for making my 2-week vacation in Houston a very pleasant and enjoyable one!

I have recently moved in my apartment and left this location. Before I stayed at this hotel, I checked the reviews and saw HORRIBLE COMMENTS about insects, drugs and people hanging out making noise all the time. Well even after reading that my finances still wouldn't allow me to afford anything else so I checked in for 2 weeks. Let me tell you...the place was GREAT FOR ME AND MY FAMILY & AFFORDABLE. NEVER did I see any insects. 2 weeks/ not one roach. No noise, no hanging out. Not one problem. YOU CAN'T ALWAYS BELIEVE THESE REVIEWS. BOT TO MENTION THE STAFF THAT WORKS IN THE OFFICE ARE GREAT PEOPLE. They were respectful and helpful. You would totally be ok going here. I'm returning anytime I need a room.

My family and I needed a place to stay for a couple months while finding an apartment. The location is extremely convenient and the price is appropriate for what you receive. Anthony is amazing and always kind. The residents are friendly and helpful. I saw some reviews about bugs but that has never been an issue in the room we received but that may be due to how often we clean. They also often have people come out to set bug traps and clean the room once a week. Overall I believe it’s worth the price.

Our stay here was great! The rooms are spacious enough, everyone on staff is nice, helpful, and friendly, the other guests here are a bit off but some are respectful and mind their manners. The prices are reasonable, and the location is convenient. Thank you InTown Suites IAH location!

My stay at InTown Suites near IAH Airport has been a really positive experience. The location is super convenient, especially being close to the airport, food spots, and main roads. Loved the new they called upgraded rooms. Brand New bed it did smell a little in hall but, staff was great manager Toni was very helpful and other guest was polite. Close to airport and quiet at night. Yes minor flaws, however other guest and lots of kids I saw so must be families. Could use more amenities however overall.. pleasant stay. Definitely will be back!!

I’ve been here a little over 5 weeks and I’ve enjoyed my stay. If I have any questions or concerns Anthony is always there to answer and help with any problem or situation. I haven’t had any problems with my room at all since I’ve been here. One thing I love about Anthony is that he does his job and he has amazing customer service and support. I see Anthony is here every morning before 8 AM doing maintenance work and cleaning the property like it’s his own home and I never hear him complaining. I don’t think this hotel would run as smoothly as it does if Anthony wasn’t here.
